What does "Loutr" mean?

In the Expulze & Narfos Cosmos there exist some strange insider expressions. Most of them come from their south tyrolean dialect. Loutr is one of them. You can hear it in almost every song. It is a term for a chill dude, a cool dude, a crazy dude, a stupid one, we don't even know it either, it's a very variable word. "haha, he is such a Loutr". A Loutr is a vibe. WE ALL DI LOUTR!
